We love pizza in our house and we usually have the debate of Chicago Style Pizza or New York style pizza. Well, no one in our house can debate the Calzone. Essentially a Calzone is a double crusted pizza with yummy ricotta cheese filling and your choice of “toppings”. Top it off with a side of warm marinara sauce and you have a full meal on the plate.
