I want to introduce you to a new Facebook Fan Page of mine, Tara Plays with Paper. She makes adorable pendants and magnets out of paper.

When I asked Tara to tell me a little about her self and business this is what she wanted me to share with you all:
“I have been making jewelry items for several years as gifts, and often hear that I should sell my items. Now I am attempting to make a name for myself, as well as some extra income. I find it relaxing to make these pendants, and love having something unique to wear. My personal favorites are the Autism Awareness. I am a sahm of 3 children, one who has Autism.”

Tara also has an Etsy site. Where she also sells her Magnets for $3, pendants for $6 by themselves and $7 with a chain.

My daughter and I were thrilled to get our package in the mail. Tara asked me to pick one of her examples but I could not decide so I asked her to surprise me:)

I was thrilled as I do not have anything this whimsical in my jewelry selection.

I have a feeling this necklace will be going from my neck to my 9 year old daughters!!

I have also suggested to Tara to try adding small photos of people’s children or furry friends. How cute would magnets be with these adorable faces, what great grandparent gifts too. If you win maybe you can see if she will experiment for you!!
