I love Summer entertaining is an excuse to create some fun Summer Fruity Drinks that are just a little too cold during the rest of the year. While red wine is my go-to in the winter, summer time I like to lighten things up with some easy Sangria recipes.

Sangria can be made in so many ways but, basically, it involves cutting up fresh fruits and allowing the wine and fruits to meld for a refreshing summer cocktail. I found this sangria from the Frontera Cocktail Recipes and it is a citrus based sangria but was too good not to share with my readers.

I chose to try the  CAB/MERLOT HAPPY PLACE SANGRIA not only because I love Sangria but it is so easy and the perfect drink to make ahead for guests, no sitting at the bar mixing drinks or blending ice.

Simply mix up some easy Sangria recipes and chill for when your guests arrive. I love this beverage dispenser since you can add an ice cone to it and keep your Sangria recipes cold for hours.

Before serving top each glass with some ginger ale. I don’t like to mix it all in case there is left over. For those who prefer less alcohol, this is also a great way to cut the Sangria recipes without sacrificing flavor.

You can add some of the fruit into the glasses but I would recommend cutting the fruit much smaller than I did. Some even prefer to mash the fruit so those fruit juices will blend even more into your Sangria recipes.
