It’s finally our last week of school and the kids are so ready to be done. Today my 5th grader graduated Elementary School. I am going to try to enjoy the hectic summer days and get some yummy recipes in the rotation. Thanks for joining in today.

I am just getting into salmon after 30 years of not trying it! I have to say, I should have tried it sooner because it is actually tasty! These salmon patties are on my list!
