Outrageously Simple Streusel Filled Coffee Cake Recipe

Looking for an easy brunch recipe or maybe just a quick breakfast treat, this streusel filled coffee cake is perfect for guests or a lazy Saturday Morning. The original coffee cake recipe called for a 9×13 pan but I reduced the recipe in half for my family of 5. It is the perfect compliment to a cup of coffee or tea and great served warm or room temperature.

We added chocolate chips to our streusel filled coffee cake but you can choose the types of nuts, extra ingredients to add to yours.
