As a member of Smiley360 I  recently was given the opportunity to try Campbell’s® Slow Kettle® Style Soups. Campbell’s Slow Kettle Style Soups are great as a snack or a meal and provide you with the satisfaction and fulfilling feeling just as a home cooked meal would.

I really enjoy making homemade soups and have tried many soup recipes. These are great if you are in a pinch or just don’t cook homemade soups.

Unlike other canned soups, these are made to be portable. One catch is that you need plastic wrap to microwave them. Don’t forget to pack that in your lunch bag. I guess you forgo the plastic wrap but you will be cleaning out the microwave.

Each container suggests 2 servings which means there is a lot of sodium, one downfall of packaged soups. I also felt that outside of the Chicken Chili I tried, I could eat the entire serving, so just be careful if you are watching your sodium intake. The chicken chili was very filling and delicious I might add.

These are perfect compliments to a cold and dreary day and when convenience is the answer. They come in several flavors and check out Campbell’s Tumbler website for great food and wine pairings!! This is not your ordinary canned soup. Next best thing to homemade soup recipes.
