I won’t lie, when I started painting the canvas, I thought no way will this look like the photo I sent in.  I didn’t give up and kept going.

When one of my family members walked into my “studio” they said wow that looks like Tippet.

 

As soon as I stepped away from the canvas I could see it coming together.

It took about 8 hours to complete the project, as I allowed colors to dry before moving on to the next one.

Our canvas was an odd size. So when I looked online to find a frame it seemed impossible.  We took the canvas to our local Michaels and they said they would stretch it for me but they also had some odd shaped size frames that fit the bill.
