If you have followed my blog for any length of time you might have noticed my continual search for finding different recipes that involve chocolate and pretzels. After finding these on Easter Themed Chocolate Covered Pretzels from Pinterest I had to give them a try.
Plus if you have an incredible box filled with PEEPS you need to get creative and use them in different ways like in Smores. I am not sure which PEEPS treat I will enjoy more but all I know is that I love Easter and when all these adorable rabbit and chick PEEPS are ready for some food crafting.
Edible Easter Centerpiece & PEEPS Treats
Let’s face it, Easter is the reason season for PEEPS®. What child and adult will not indulge on at least one PEEPS® this season? I thought we would add a little sweet and salty combination for a true sugar rush!! The chocolate covered pretzel part is easy.
Just dip the pretzels in melted chocolate, cover with sprinkles.
Then add a little chocolate to the PEEPS and attach to your pretzel rod.
Now to make the Edible Easter Centerpiece for the PEEPS Treats
Fill the bottom of the vase with Jelly Beans, then PEEPS® and then more MIKE AND IKE® Jelly Beans or MIKE AND IKE® Easter Treats.
TIP Be sure and only put the candy arrangement out right before you are having your event. You can make the Peep and Chocolate covered pretzels ahead of time just be sure to put them in a covered plastic container. I don’t care for stale peeps!
HOW ABOUT MAKING A PEEPS WREATH
Peeps Wreath: Create a vibrant Easter wreath by hot-gluing rows of Peeps around a circular foam or wire wreath base. Alternate between chick and bunny Peeps for variety.
Add colorful ribbon bows and artificial flowers in between the Peeps for extra flair. Hang it on your front door to welcome guests with a burst of Easter cheer.
IF YOU FIND PEEPS for a super low price, make a PEEPS GARLAND
Craft a playful Peeps garland to drape across your fireplace mantel, staircase railing, or Easter brunch buffet. Thread a needle with colorful twine or ribbon and carefully pierce through the bottom of each Peep, spacing them evenly along the string.
Once you’ve threaded all your Peeps, hang the garland in your desired location and adjust the spacing as needed. You can also incorporate other Easter-themed decorations like mini plastic eggs or paper flowers between the Peeps for a more elaborate look.
These Peeps decorations are sure to add a whimsical touch to your Easter celebrations and delight guests of all ages!

I am a huge fan of the peeps. I like adding them to cupcakes as a fun way to decorate.
Peeps have come a long way since I was young. I love that you added them to the chocolate dipped pretzel sticks. Your vase idea is really great and I think the display is so fun for a party or for snacking on Easter Sunday.
