There are several things I have stopped trying to buy at the grocery store, and granola is one of them. My husband and I eat Greek yogurt and berries most mornings and topping it with granola sweetens it just enough. Making homemade granola in 30 minutes is by far the healthiest and most economical for us.
At the grocery stores I will find that the ones made with olive oil or non seed oils are very expensive and the flavors are not that great. In about 30 minutes you can make a batch of granola that will last you a few weeks.
Since we use a certified gluten free oat, our end product is gluten free.
