I feel like all the reels I have been seeing on Social media stress more protein especially for women.   I dont know about you but lunch time is the hardest time for me to create protein rich meals, especially when I don’t want to grill, or bake anything in the heat of the day.

My coworker and I love a little sandwich shop that sells curry tuna and I wanted to make a copycat version for when I travel or don’t want to spend the money.

  • 2 cans Safe Catch wild caught tuna
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder adjust to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 stalks celery sliced
  • 1/4 cup sliced red grapes
