In her recipe she macerated Strawberries in Balsamic, something I have been meaning to try. A pint of strawberries to two tablespoons of Vinegar.

Ready for a bite! My husband was a little turned off when I told him what was for dinner but once he had a bite he asked for another half! My daughter also enjoyed the sandwich I made her. No strawberries try some mango chutney.
