Pork is an easy protein to make any day of the week. Our family loves pork tenderloin or a small pork loin served with a few sides for a complete meal. However, half the battle is coming up with new and interesting marinades to flavor the pork. Too often I realize I forgot to marinate the pork tenderloin and start scrambling to come up with a flavorful rub at the last minute. We might have the solution for you as well as a dinner idea that is great for the family or for entertaining over the holidays.

Have you made Chutney before? If not, you can skip this and just buy some chutney or canned cranberry sauce. I would recommend making this ahead of time or early in the day as the flavors need to meld and cool.

  1. This looks like such an easy and delicious way to enjoy the holidays! I totally agree, it can be so difficult to find new and exciting marinades, or you don’t leave yourself enough time to let it sit. I love the idea of having something premarinated that you can pull out and start cooking with right away!
