As you know I am Italian and Olive Oil is pretty much all the oil I use while cooking. Baking is another thing but I did recently find a recipe for olive oil cake that seemed interesting. There has been a large push toward Mediterranean diets and this has introduced many people to Grapeseed oil.

Pompeain is a leader in this oil as well as the OlivExtra Premium Mediterranean Oil. I actually blogged about this and made some Artichoke Hummus that was really delicious.

    I haven’t tried grapeseed oil yet but I would love to give it a try. I use olive oil most of the time.

    I’ve actually never heard of grapeseed oil before. Interesting! I do use olive oil and coconut oil a lot though.

    our bottle of olive oil is on the last drops. I need to buy a new bottle, I like the idea of grapeseed oil, I’ll look for it at the store.

    we use a ton of olive oil in our home, especially since we started to do a lot with homemade pizzas.
