Until I made this salad a few years ago and again this year, my tuna has always come out of a can when making salad. However, I don’t mind cooking my tuna on the rare side so we were willing participants for this recipe by Ina Garten.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FRESH TUNA?
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO COOK FRESH TUNA STEAKS?
Since I was only grilling three small pieces of Tuna and quickly I decided to do it on the indoor grill. Super easy other than having to clean the pan!
It had a great fresh flavor and the addition of the avocados was a pleasant combination. We will definitely make this again since I now own a canister of wasabi powder!!
