These Jalapeno Poppers do not use a traditional batter, which makes them super easy to make.  In fact, you can stuff these with the cream cheese mixture a couple of hours in advance of frying them.

  • 6 large jalapeños
  • 4 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (or anything you have on hand)
  • 6 slices center-cut bacon halved

How to Make Jalapeno Popper in the Air Fryer

Wearing rubber gloves, halve the jalapeños lengthwise to make 12 pieces, Scoop out the seeds and membranes and discard. (Important to keep the heat level down   In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar, and scallions. A Keto Friendly Jalapeno Popper recipe made in the Air Fryer

Ingredients
