What you need for Recipe of Chocolate Covered Grahams

 

 

Since I love the combination of Chocolate and peppermint we used both regular and chocolate flavored graham crackers.   

 

Melt the Chocoley white discs per the directions.  Add a teaspoon of peppermint extract.  If you plan on making a lot adjust the chocolate and extract portions. 

 

 

 

These could not be easier simply dip half portions of the graham crackers into the chocolate and top with chopped peppermints. 

 

These are so pretty and will look amazing packaged up with ribbon or on a dessert platter. 

 

 

Trust me you won’t be able to resist trying these white chocolate peppermint graham treats.

Chocolate Covered Pretzel Rods

We also used discs to make these Salted Caramel Pretzel Rods

 

 

Melt Caramel and dip each rod into the caramel and allow to set on a piece of parchment

 

Then melt dark chocolate discs per package directions and dip each caramel rod into the chocolate

 

For an extra festive touch, be sure to add sprinkles.
