quick breakfast ideas

I have two hectic times of my day, 6 to 7:30 am and again from 2:30 to 7:30 pm  Finding  portable breakfast foods when you’re short on time, is a must. If I was not working 10 feet from my kitchen this is also important for you office moms. I recently tried  Post Goodness Breakfast Bowls which are  fully cooked, so you just need to heat & eat! Each bowl provides at least 26 grams of whole grain and at least 8 grams of protein.

I was a little concerned about this new product and immediately went to the ingredient list. First plus, I could pronounce every ingredients and knew what it was.

Nutritionists recommend eating three or more servings of whole grain foods per day (about 16g whole grain per serving or at least 48g per day). Keeping whole grains in your diet also keeps you satisfied. After heating the apple and cinnamon option , I added a little dab of Greek yogurt for extra flavor and protein.

We received both a sweet and savory option, Apples & Cinnamon. With 8 grams of protein, and Post Goodness Breakfast Bowls with Real Sausage & Cheddar Cheese variety. Packed with a whopping 12 grams of protein, this breakfast upgrade will help fuel your morning. It also comes in Maple & Real Bacon. Find new Post Goodness Breakfast Bowls in the hot cereal aisle at your local Walmart. To try for yourself, check out this coupon for $1.00 off a package!
