RITZ Peanut Butter Banana Snacks Three Ways

I remember walking home from the bus stop when I was school-aged, and my mom would have snacks in the making. One of my favorites was simply cream cheese and jam on an  RITZ  Original cracker. I have continued this tradition with my own kids, but have now incorporated some of their favorite foods into the ultimate snack. There is no better combination, in my kids’ opinion, than banana, peanut butter and chocolate. When I then introduce a  RITZ Original cracker into the mix, they are super excited. So the kids would not get bored with this new favorite snack combo, I decided to make three different versions of my RITZ Original Peanut Butter Banana Snacks. I can’t wait to see what you think of these!

To make these three snack sandwiches, you need RITZ Original Fresh Stacks. These sleeves are a great size for taking them on the road with you, as there is less waste. We used Peter Pan Simply Ground Peanut Butter which had a great texture that was a mix of smooth and chunky peanut butter. You will also need bananas, chocolate chips and honey.

All three sandwiches start with a dab of Peter Pan Simply Ground Peanut Butter on a cracker.

For the eye ball crackers, simply add a slice of banana, a drizzle of honey and a chocolate chip if desired. My niece gave me the name “Eye Ball snack.”  This is the most simple of our three snack sandwiches.

For our second RITZ Original  snack, we skipped the honey and topped it off with another RITZ Cracker.

Melt your chocolate chips in the microwave and then dip the sandwich halfway into the chocolate and allow to set in the fridge.

I had to cut one open for you. This by far was the kids’ favorite. I actually loved this one the most, too.

For our third RITZ Original after-school snack sandwich, cover banana slices in chocolate and allowed them to set completely.

Then you top your RITZ Original cracker topped with a thin layer of peanut butter, the chocolate covered banana and enjoy!!

This was a little sloppy to eat, but delicious nonetheless.
