  • Entenmann's Mini Pound Cake
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Fresh Strawberries


  • Ice Cream Scoop
  • Knife
  • Plastic wrap if freezing for later.


  1. Slice a Entenmann's Mini Pound Cake in half horizontallyEntenmann’s Minis
  2. Add a thin layer of Vanilla Ice Cream to both halvesEntenmann’s Minis Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream Sandwich
  3. Add Thinly sliced strawberries to one halfStrawberry Shortcake Ice Cream Sandwich
  4. Sandwich halves and eat or freeze for laterStrawberry Shortcake Ice Cream Sandwich
  1. Unwrap an Entenmann’s Minis Pound Cake 
  2. Cut the mini in half to make a sandwich
  3. Press slightly warm Vanilla Ice cream to both sides of the pound cake mini
  4. Add a few slices of Strawberry on one half of the pound cake
  5. Sandwich them together.  
  6. Eat now or wrap in plastic wrap and freeze for later. 
  7. REPEAT!
