How to Make a Weekly Menu Plan

  1.  Create a list of trusted recipes.  Then add any new dishes you have been wanting to try
  2. Review your schedule.  How many days will you have whole family home, what days will you have less prep time, special occasions.  
  3. Choose the recipes for the week.
  4. Plug the recipes into your schedule. Mix up the proteins if possible. 
  5. Make Your Shopping List for the Week
  6. Figure out what you already have. Cross off those items from your the grocery list.
  7. Note when you need to take things out of freezer to defrost.
  8. Cook and repeat for the next week.
