Pull out your blender and sit back while you let the magic happen before your eyes.

Once you have mixed the bananas and whipping cream you can add a few of the cut up peanut butter pieces to the mixture.

In a loaf pan that you have lined with some parchment paper, fill it about half way with the ice cream mixture.

Peanut Butter Banana Blender Ice Cream

No Churn Ice Cream Recipe: Peanut Butter Banana Blender Ice Cream 

Ingredients

  • 3 very ripe bananas
  • 4 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 8 peanut butter cups, chopped
  • 2/3 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine bananas, whipping cream and sugar. Blend until mixture becomes thick and fluffy. 
  2. Spoon half of mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan, sprinkling with half of peanut butter cups, drizzle with caramel sauce Spoon remaining mixture atop, sprinkle with rest of peanut butter cups. Drizzle with caramel. 
  3. Freeze overnight, or until firm (about 4-5 hours).
