Buffalo Chicken Dip aka Man Dip Super Bowl Favorite

My hubby is from Buffalo, New York and I think we all know what they are famous for… Chicken Wings. In our home, we only make chicken wings for special occasions and fortunately my husband has yet to find a good replacement locally.

Most Recently we like Air Fried Chicken Wings or Baked Boneless Chicken Wings

When my good friend introduced my husband to this Buffalo Chicken Dip recipe, he was in heaven. He requests this dip recipes for any football or male-centered event, thus the reason it was nicknamed “MAN DIP”

How to Make Buffalo Chicken Dip or Man Dip Recipe

While at Walmart this week,  there were video boards advertising this recipe but they suggest using canned chicken and ranch salad dressing.

I have one recipe I use canned chicken for and that is my Chicken Enchilada Quiche Recipe.

What Kind of Chicken in Man Dip?

While canned chicken is great in a pinch, if you have time, roast a few extra chicken breasts or grab a rotisserie chicken (Day old ones are often cheaper and it does not have to be warm for this recipe)

This is such an easy recipe and I have made it a few times I am shocked I have not blogged about it yet.

My friend Kirsten Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe could not be simpler. Just dump everything in a bowl, mix and add it to a greased casserole dish. I also make this dip the day before, cover and bake it before the party.

How to Turn Man Dip into A Super Bowl Dip?

For the Superbowl, I added a little accent to the oval serving dish. I just could not resist adding blue cheese dressing laces to my “football Dip”.

  2. Gonna save that for NASCAR season and add tires instead!! 🙂
